Booking A Lesson
I advise all clients to contact me (Paul Gronow) by email, text or telephone communication ‘before’ making an online payment. I reserve the right to amend driving lessons if I am unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic.
Lessons will be agreed verbally, by text or email and set up onto your Total Drive App before making any lesson booking. Please telephone or email me Paul Gronow driving instructor if you have not received a response from me, or if for any reason I have not been able to make contact with you within 5 working days of making your online payment.
Cancelling A Lesson?
At least 24 hours notice is requested to cancel pre-booked driving lessons, or you will be required to pay for 1 hour at the current full hourly rate for a late cancellation.
Booking A Practical Test
Before booking a practical Driving Test please discuss timings with Paul Gronow.
Paul Gronow will not be able to represent any learner at a practical driving test who is not deemed test standard, it is dangerous.
School vehicle
My learner driver car has a 3 camera dash cam system; front, cabin and rear. This system offers peace of mind and safety to you the pupil and me your driving instructor. The cabin camera will record visual and audio during each driving lesson and is on when the engine is turned on. The footage is stored on an internal memory stick for a short period of time before being over written on a continuous loop and will be made available if/as/when needed. You will be reminded of this safety provision prior to starting each driving lesson. If you have concerns or questions then please contact me Paul Gronow prior to accepting these terms.
